Victoria Square SW1

Tucked away in Victoria Square . This property was acquired as part of three acquisitions for three generations of the same Japanese family . This was the first of three properties. This one in Victoria Square represented a hide away close to Buckingham Palace in a quiet no through road garden square. The square is a "blink or miss it " discreet location very central and private and offered much better value per square ft than neighbouring Belgravia. The square backs on to the beautiful gardens of the Goring Hotel. Other properties acquired for the same family included a beautiful house full of Japanese Orchads in Sheldon Avenue with the primary aim of educating teh grandchildren in Highgate and an apartment iin Mayfair for the daughter of the family.
